In many ways, the size also depends on the type of waffle iron. Thin waffles can be cooked on electrical appliances or on a simple double pan with a clip designed for these products.

Typically, thin waffles are baked for later filling with creams, condensed milk or other sweets. The filling can be made to your taste. But the tube should be rolled up immediately, while the cake is warm and pliable. Sometimes a mat or towel is used to make the tubes smoother.

Thin waffles in butter or margarine

The recipe for simple sand dough for thin waffles. It can be kneaded in butter or on any margarine. Flapjacks are crunchy and tasty.


• 180 grams of butter or good margarine;

• five eggs;

• 1.5 Art. flour;

• 0.7 cups of sugar.


1. Melt butter (margarine). You can do this in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove. We set aside. Let it cool to a warm state. 2. Beat eggs with sugar until smooth. Sugar can take a little less, for example, 0.5 cups. Or a little more, for example, a full glass. Waffles get sweeter.

3. Add cooled melted butter, stir.

• a glass of kefir;

• two eggs;

• 100 grams of sugar;

• 1-1.2 cups of flour;

1. We take out kefir in heat for half an hour before kneading dough. You can put it in warm, but not in hot water. Let it heat up.

• 120 ml of honey;

• 80 grams of flour;

• 100 g of oil;

• 50 grams of starch;

• a pinch of salt.


1. Heat oil to a liquid state, cool it. You can replace it with margarine in this test.

2. Heat the honey quite a bit so that it becomes thinner. You can simply hold it over a bowl of hot water. 3. Add eggs to honey. Whisk well, making the mass homogeneous.

4. Add a pinch of salt, continuing to stir the future dough.

5. Fill the previously prepared butter, continue to interfere.

6. Combine the flour with potato starch, pour into the dough.

7. Stir, send to the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour, let it infuse.

8. We type honey dough with a spoon, spread it on a heated and greased waffle iron surface, bake until rosy color.

Thin waffles without eggs

The recipe for thin and crispy waffles that are cooked without eggs and without egg powder. Butter, if desired, is replaced by margarine.


• 125 g margarine;

• 2 tbsp. flour millet .;

• 2 tbsp. milk (approximate amount);

• 1 tbsp. Sahara;

• vanilla.
