Cooking process:

To begin with, soak the beans in warm water for 4-5 hours. If desired, this is done at night. After washing and pour water in a saucepan. Cook until soft. Then decant all the broth and give the bean to cool. Clean and rinse the garlic and onions. Finely chop. Fry in sunflower oil (30 ml) in a frying pan.

Mushrooms cleaned and washed by hand under running water. Gently squeeze them in your hands and cut into thin slices. We spread on a separate frying pan and fry until all the moisture evaporated without oil. Longer fry is not necessary.

We place the walnuts in a dry frying pan and fry so that the dark skin begins to curl. Next, lay the nuts on a plate and manually clean. We throw out the skin and put the nuts in the blender bowl. Grind 2-3 seconds. By the way, the usual meat grinder is suitable for grinding.

Add to the nuts beans, onions with garlic and mushrooms. Grind to puree shaped consistency.

Put mashed potatoes in a saucepan and add salt, pepper and all the remaining butter. We extinguish the mixture until uniform heating and add vinegar. Stir and simmer another 3-4 minutes.

We spread the pate snack with beans in sterilized jars and cover with lids. Sterilize the billet in moderately boiling water in a saucepan. Time for additional sterilization depends on the volume of the jar. For half liter containers, 15 minutes is enough. Banks pull out and close tightly. Product Composition:

a pound of young beans;
