Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4 pcs;

Cabbage - half head;

Carrots - 2 pieces;

Onion - 2 pcs;

String beans - 200 g;

Tomatoes - 3 pcs;

Leek - 2 pieces;

Garlic - 2 cloves;

Olive oil 3 tablespoons;

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

Pots before cooking should be soaked in water for 1 hour. While they get wet clean and dice all the vegetables. Tomatoes choose fleshy, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin. Cut into cubes and fry together with bulb onions in a pan, in olive oil. We lay out onions with tomatoes on the bottom of the pots.
