Mince the cottage cheese or grind through a sieve, add to the carrot mass, add eggs to the same place, add sugar, salt and mix everything well. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread out the mass, smooth out and sprinkle with milk. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Ingredients: for 1 kg of carrots - 500 g of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of semolina, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs, 0, 5 tablespoons of milk, 3 tablespoons of butter, 3 tablespoons of crackers.

Carrots with apples: grate carrots on a large grater, cut apples into small straws. Mix everything, add lemon juice and zest, add sugar and salt to taste, mix everything. You can use it as a separate snack or serve as a side dish for cold meat dishes.
