Vegetable beans are stored under normal conditions for less than a day, then the spatulas are rough and fibers appear. In the refrigerator such beans can lie for about a week. Green beans can be cooked as a separate dish, cook soups and side dishes.
Green beans in oil.
Young pods cut into pieces and boil in salted water. Throw in a colander to glass water. Put in a saucepan and fill with butter, salt and pepper to taste, serve warm.
Green Bean Cream Soup.
Peeled and washed pods of beans split, cut into 1/4 part into pieces, grind the rest in a blender. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Put in a pan with the crushed pods, add salt to taste and cook until ready, then wipe with a blender. Add boiled chopped pods to the finished cream soup, dilute with hot milk and add butter. Before serving, you can add croutons.
600-700 grams of beans, 500 grams of potatoes, 2 tablespoons of butter, 4 cups of water, 2 cups of milk, salt to taste.
String beans with lamb.
Mutton cut into small pieces and lay in a saucepan, fry in butter. Then pour water so that all the lamb was in the water. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Then add separately roasted onions, diced pods of beans, to taste pepper and salt and simmer until ready. Put on a large platter and sprinkle with dill and parsley.
500 grams of mutton, 400 grams of beans, 1 onion, 3-4 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper.
