Probably everyone remembers the taste of homemade crispy waffles that our mothers prepared for us. And with condensed milk this delicacy became even tastier.

Waffles with condensed milk - the basic principles of cooking

Cooking waffles at home is quite simple. It is enough to have a simple appliance - an electric waffle iron. But even if you do not have it, do not despair, you can make waffles in the oven using a special silicone mold, or fry them on a grill pan.

Wafers can be served by pouring them with condensed milk, or you can roll a thin waffle into a tube so that a hollow space remains inside and fill it up.

A great variety of recipes for waffles. In order to make a delicacy of a rich golden hue, more sugar is added to the dough, and margarine and milk make them crispy.

Filling of condensed milk is better to do with butter, as waffles from the liquid soak and become not appetizing.

Grind walnuts, peanuts or almonds can be added to the filling. Boiled condensed milk itself is quite thick, so it can be used independently.

Wafers are rolled up warm. The cooled waffles will break.

Recipe 1. Wafers with condensed milk

Ingredients

Dough

stack fine sugar;

five chicken eggs.

Cream

a pack of plums. oils;

400 g of condensed milk.

Method of preparation

1. Put butter in a small saucepan and send it to a low heat. We are waiting for the butter to melt and cool.

2. In a separate container, whisk the eggs with a whisk, pour in the ghee, add sugar and flour. Knead the dough, the consistency of pancakes.

3. Heat the waffle iron. Put on the bottom of the dough with a spoon. Drop the top and fry the waffles until golden.

Ingredients

Method of preparation

1. Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave it to become soft. We pour sugar to it and rub it until white. We drive in the egg and continue to grind until homogeneous. With half a lemon, remove the zest using a sharp knife or the finest grater. We send the zest into the dough, add vanilla sugar and soda here. Stir in the sifted flour and knead the thick dough.

2. Gradually pour in the water, stir the dough, adjusting its thickness. It should make a mixture, the consistency of thick cream.

3. Electric waffle ironing up. Put the dough in the center, press it in the upper part and bake until golden brown. Remove the finished waffle and turn into a straw.

4. Peanuts pour into the pan and dry it. Turn off the fire and cool. We rub nuts with palms to remove a peel. Put the peanuts in the bowl of the blender and grind not too small. Combine it with boiled condensed milk and mix.

5. Place the filling in the pastry bag and fill the wafer rolls on both sides.

Recipe 3. Banana waffles with condensed milk and grated chocolate

Ingredients

wheat flour - 200 g;

oil plums. - 30 g;

milk - 220 ml;

white sugar - 80 g; half a banana;

two large eggs;

soda - at the tip of the knife;

baking powder - 5 g;

condensed milk;

grated chocolate.

Method of preparation

1. Remove the peel from the banana. Cut it into pieces, put in a deep bowl and mash with a fork to the state of mashed potatoes.

1. Pour coconut milk into a deep container. We drive eggs to it. We melt butter in a water bath, cool it and pour it into milk. Here we add a few drops of raspberry essence. Whisk everything with a whisk until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with coconut chips, baking powder and sugar.

3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the egg-milk mixture and knead the dense but fluid dough. Leave it to insist on ten minutes.

a pack of margarine;

stack wheat flour;

five large eggs;

Chocolate glaze

20 g of ghee;

50 ml of boiled water;
