How to Make a Cake Bird's Milk A Step-by-Step Recipe
First, beat the eggs well with sugar.
Add softened (not melted) butter, you can use margarine, but we prefer natural products.
After the butter is well mixed with eggs, add soda. You can pay it with vinegar or lemon juice.
Now add cocoa.
Pour out flour and mix well. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper and lay out the dough. Then we send to the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
As long as the cake is baked, let's make cream. Pour a glass of milk into a saucepan and boil the semolina.
While the porridge cools down, beat the softened butter with powdered sugar. Instead, you can pour 1, 5 cups of sugar, but it will take longer to beat, and we are lazy girls and we need everything quick.
And now, attention! Carefully, in one spoon we drive the semolina into butter (not vice versa). Each spoon should be completely dissolved in oil, only then add the next one. Then the cream will turn out magnificent, gentle and bases of lumps.
Now divide the cake into 4 parts and soak each with syrup and lubricate with cream.
When all the cake layers are laid, level the top and sides of the cake.
While the cakes are soaked, you can cook the icing. Sour cream, cocoa and sugar bring to a boil (do not boil) over low heat, stirring constantly, so as not to burn. Let cool to room temperature.
Now pour the cooled icing on the cake and smooth it out.
From above you can decorate the cake with nuts, but during the holidays it was boring and we decided to “powder” it with coconut chips. It turned out very winter.
Now you know how to cook a Bird's Milk Cake with semolina cream. Of course, there are many options for making this cake, but we like this one.
And on New Year's Day, I baked a delicious cake of the Count ruins. The recipe was still untested, but everything worked out and the cake was delicious.
