  • Add ice, whisk again.

Mango and Banana Smoothies

Composition:

  • mango - 0, 7 kg;
  • banana - 0, 2 kg;
  • low-fat yogurt - 0, 25 l;
  • orange or lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • Vanillin (optional) - a pinch.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the mango, remove the bone, cut the flesh into cubes.
  • Peel the banana, cut into slices.
  • From the orange or lemon squeeze the juice, measure the desired amount.
  • Fold the fruit pieces into the blender container, add the juice.
  • Turn on the device and turn the contents into a puree.
  • Add yogurt, whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  • Add vanillin. Beat another 10 seconds.

Smoothies made according to this recipe are more convenient to eat with spoons - it is so thick.

Smoothies with mango and pineapple

Composition:

  • mango - 0, 4 kg;
  • banana - 150 g;
  • pineapple pulp - 0, 3 kg;
  • oranges - 0, 3 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the oranges, peel, divide into slices. Free the orange pulp from the stones and films, grind with a blender.
  • Cut and peel fresh pineapple. Canned fruits are undesirable to use in order not to increase calorie smoothies.
  • Cut the pineapple in small pieces, put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Peel the mango, cut the flesh into small pieces, chop with a blender. Transfer to the orange puree.

If you do not want the drink to be cold, do not freeze pineapples. The cocktail will be thinner and softer if you use not the pulp of oranges for its preparation, but squeezed juice from them.

Refreshing Smoothie with Mango and Mint

Composition:

  • mango - 0, 7 kg;
  • banana - 0, 2 kg;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • fresh mint - 25 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash, dry mint. Leave a few leaves for decoration, cut the rest and put in the bowl of the blender.
  • The mango pulp is cut into small pieces, add to the mint.
  • Peel a banana, cut into cubes, add to other foods.
  • Fill the fruit with ice water.
  • Turn on the unit and turn its contents into a homogeneous mass.
  • Pour smoothie into chilled glasses, garnish with mint leaves.

If you want the smoothie to be less thick and high-calorie, you can increase the amount of water or reduce the number of bananas.

Mango & Strawberry Cocktail

Composition:

  • mango - 0, 4 kg;
  • frozen strawberries - 0, 2 kg;
  • coconut milk or low-fat cream - 100 ml;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • vanillin - a pinch.

Composition:

  • Prepare the mango by peeling and slicing.
  • Freeze washed strawberries.
  • Melt the honey to a liquid state.
  • Fold the fruit pieces and berries into a mixer container, pour in honey, turn it into a smooth mashed potatoes.
  • Add coconut milk or cream. If you want to get less calorie smoothie option, replace them with mineral water without gas or skimmed milk.
  • Pour in vanillin.
  • Beat the contents of the blender bowl.

When serving, smoothies can be decorated with strawberry slices. If you do not follow the diet, you can use whipped cream to decorate.
