On the one hand, smoothies are not high in calories, so they do not contribute to weight gain. On the other hand, they are nutritious enough to satisfy hunger between main meals. Smoothies can be made not only from fresh melons, but also from frozen ones. Cut the melon pulp into pieces, spread it on a board and send in the freezer. Frozen pieces can be put in a bag and returned to the freezer. Here they can be stored for several months.

Classic Melon Smoothie

Composition:

  • melon pulp - 0, 6 kg;

  • sugar - 60 g;
  • mint - 20 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Melon wash, peel. Pulp into cubes and send for half an hour to the freezer.
  • Squeeze juice out of lime, leaving half of the fruit to decorate a glass with a smoothie before serving the cocktail to the table. Instead of lime, you can take a lemon, but its juice should be taken about one and a half times less, since its taste is more pronounced.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the melon flesh into large cubes, fold into the blender bowl.
  • Peel and slice the banana into large pieces, put it to the melon.

  • Beat the mixture. Ready smoothie should be thick and uniform.
  • Pour some crushed ice on the bottom of the glasses (you can do without it if you wish). Pour smoothie.

Composition:

  • grapefruit - 0, 5 kg;
  • mint - 20 g;
  • cucumber - 0, 2 kg;
  • ice cubes - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash grapefruits. Using a citrus juicer, squeeze the juice out of them. Put the juice in the fridge.
  • Wash cucumber, cut into cubes. It is not necessary to shallow much, because the pieces will still have to be mashed.
  • Melon flesh, too, cut into cubes the size of about one and a half centimeters.
  • Mix the melon, cucumbers and mint and break in a blender.
  • Mix melon-cucumber mashed potatoes with grapefruit juice.
  • Before pouring the smoothies into glasses, put 2-3 ice cubes in each.

Melon smoothie with cucumber and grapefruit juice perfectly quenches thirst and refreshes well. It contains no sugar, so even those who are on a diet can safely drink it.

Melon and Orange Smoothies

Composition:

  • melon flesh - 0, 4 kg;
  • orange juice - 0, 2 l;
  • honey - 20 ml;
  • crushed ice - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the melon flesh into large pieces, break it with a blender.
  • Prepare orange juice. Best used freshly squeezed.
  • Melt the honey and mix it with orange juice.
  • Put a glass of juice for half an hour in the fridge. There also send for a time the crushed melon.
  • After the indicated time, combine the melon puree with orange juice, add crushed ice and whisk in a shaker.

Composition:

  • peaches - 0, 3 kg;
  • bananas - 0, 3 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • All ingredients that make up the cocktail, cool.
  • Wash peaches and remove bones from them. Cut into small pieces.
  • Peel bananas, cut into 2 cm columns.
  • Cut the melon's flesh into large cubes.

  • dark chocolate - 10 g.
