- a large handful of frozen cranberries;
- 20 g of honey;

Ingredients for the preparation of fruit cocktail. You can substitute lemon and mineral water with lemon or orange juice without sugar.
Cut the core out of a sweet apple, peel it, cut it in small cubes. The peel from the apple can not be removed, but if it is thick, it can ruin the smoothies.
We clean the grapefruit, divide it into segments, cut off a thin white film from them. If you do not remove this film, the drink will be bitter.
Peel a small piece of fresh ginger from the skin, cut it into thin strips, add to the grapefruit and apple. You only need a little ginger for one serving of drink - you will overdo it with the quantity, the cocktail will be sharp and may even taste bitter, therefore two thin plates cut into small pieces are enough.
With my cranberries, add to fruit without defrosting - it will replace ice in the drink.

Add to ingredients about 50 ml of mineral water without gas. Add water with a neutral taste, if there is none, then replace it with ordinary cooled boiled water.
