• flour - 1 tbsp. L .;
• baking powder for dough (you can do without it) - 1 bag;
• butter or margarine - 50 grams.
Cooking Method:
1. Melt margarine. 15 minutes is enough for heating. With this action we will grease the bowl of the multicooker, and then add it to the dough.
2. While margarine is melted, mix all other products.
3. We break eggs, we add in them sugar, sour cream, semolina. All gently mix with a spoon, and then with a mixer - at low speed.

Ingredients:
• flour - 160 grams;
• sugar - 270 grams;

• soda - 0.5 tsp;
• currant jam for decoration.
Cooking Method:
1. Separate the yolks from the protein shell.
2. Half of the total amount of sugar is added to the yolk, and the remaining half is added to the protein.

Ingredients:
For test:
• flour - 1.5 - 2 glasses;
• kefir - 1 cup;
• eggs - 2 pcs .;
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp .;
• salt - 0.5 tsp;
For the filling:
• sardine in oil - 1 can;
• greens - dill, parsley.
Cooking Method:

• ground black pepper - pinch;
• greens - to taste.
Ingredients:
1. Rub the whole cheese on a fine grater and visually divide it into about 3 portions.
2. In the bowl mix eggs, kefir and pepper.
3. Whisk with a whisk until smooth.
4. Cut out three circles from pita bread. Two of them should clearly lie on the bottom of the multicooker, and the third sheet should be larger in size.
5. We tear the remains of the pita bread into small pieces and send it to the egg-kefir mixture.

2. When whipping, proteins should always be cold. So they are better whipped.
3. It is advisable to pre-break eggs into separate dishes in order to make sure they are fresh.
4. The rotational speed of the mixer forks should be incremental. First, the slow move, which gradually accelerates.
5. You can check the dough with the help of a toothpick or a match. Dough should not stick to them.
