General principles for cooking raspberry pie in a slow cooker

Raspberries are loved by many for their amazing taste and aroma. It is rich in vitamins and acids. Unusually pleasant sour taste and divine flavor of raspberry pie in the slow cooker will appeal to almost everyone.

However, if someone doesn’t like them, you can slightly disguise them by adding cherries or black currants, and also weaken them by mixing the berries with an apple. Recipe 2. Pie with raspberries and curd in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  • Raspberries - a glass or one and a half
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Egg - 2 yolks plus 2 whole eggs
  • Butter from the refrigerator - 125 g
  • Granulated sugar - half a cup plus 60 g
  • Cottage cheese (5-9% fat; you can take fat-free, but not too fat) - 300 g
  • Sour cream - 4 large spoons
  • Vanilla sugar - according to the wishes and taste

Method of preparation

For shortbread dough all ingredients must be cool and cold, and it is necessary to cook it quickly and touch it as little as possible with your hands so as not to heat it.

So, chop the butter and flour with a knife and crush with a spoon. Quickly mix 2 egg yolks with sugar and pour the mixture into oil crumb. Stir vigorously, put in a bag and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Cottage cheese mix a blender with the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream. Mix in the same two whole eggs. The form of multicooker grease; you can lightly sprinkle something, but this cake is usually easily removed.

  • Boiled condensed milk - a few spoons
  • Chocolate (bitter is better) - half a slab or more, to taste

Flakes mixed with flour, drive an egg in there.

Melt the butter in a water bath or in a microwave, stir in the granulated sugar, add the mixture to the dough. Knead well and leave in a bowl for 15 minutes.

Grease the form. Roll out the dough and put it into shape, making low sides. Lubricate the bottom of boiled condensed milk on which to pour all the raspberries.

Grind the nuts with a rolling pin and sprinkle them with raspberries.

Bake for 20 minutes, open the multicooker lid and check readiness. If necessary, cover the pie with a circle of foil. Bake another 15 minutes to readiness.

Grate a cold chocolate on a grater and sprinkle hot pie.

Recipe 4. Pie with raspberries and almonds in a slow cooker

Ingredients

  • Raspberry - 1 cup
  • Flour - about 2/3 cup
  • Almond - half a cup
  • Almond petals - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Sugar (brown or white and brown in equal shares) - half a cup
  • Sour cream - half a cup
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Soda hydrated with lemon juice or vinegar - half a teaspoon
  • Vanilla sugar - a tablespoon
  • Butter - 50 g plus some more to lubricate the form

Method of preparation

Almond grind in a coffee machine into the flour. Pour into a glass and fill with wheat sifted flour to the edge. Melt 50 g of butter, mix with sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Beat the liquid ingredients with a whisk and mix them with the flour mixture. Add also hydrated soda.

Knead the dough and divide it into two unequal parts: 2/3 and 1/3. Most of the roll out and put in a form, pre-oiled, so as to obtain small bumpers.

A smaller portion of the dough is rubbed directly onto the cake, thus forming the top layer.

Bake in a slow cooker with the Baking program for 45 minutes. Do not immediately remove the finished cake, but let it cool slightly (10-15 minutes).

  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - one glass

  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Cocoa - 4 spoons
  • Chocolate - half tiles or tile, to taste

Method of preparation

Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with semolina or crumbs.

Mix flour with cocoa and sift through a sieve.

Eggs divided into whites and yolks. First, beat the yolks, add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat for 5 minutes, until you get a fluffy mass. Separately, beat the whites to a strong foam.

Partly pour flour with cocoa into the yolk mixture, stir with a spoon, and then (also with a spoon or spatula) gently stir in the proteins.

Put the dough in the prepared form, put the raspberries on top and bake in a slow cooker for about an hour. After 45 minutes, you can check the readiness and or off, or another care.

Let the finished cake stand under the lid for 10 minutes.

  • Kefir - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 3 large
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Vanilla sugar - 1-2 teaspoons
  • Baking Powder - Half Spoon
  • Any nuts - handful

Method of preparation

Semolina pour kefir for half an hour. Meanwhile, wash the raspberries and sift the flour. Mix semolina and kefir with flour. Separate the yolks from the whites and whip them with sugar. Mix yolks with dough, pour vanilla sugar and baking powder there, knead well.

Grind nuts with a rolling pin. You can, of course, pound them in a mortar or blender, but in the first case it will turn out too small, and in the second - uneven. However, it is permissible.

Stir in the nut crumb into the dough.

Squirrels mix with a mixer until persistent scallops. The finished protein foam does not pour out of the spoon. With great care, stir the foam into the dough with a spatula, making upward movements.
