They prepare very quickly, the recipe is simple, so even novice cooks will cook a delicious dinner according to this recipe.
If you are making pancakes for dessert, make sweet dough - add honey or some sugar in it. Well, if you want to make delicious pancakes for meat dishes, then you can put finely chopped chives or any greens in the dough. On the finished pancakes, you can put a piece of delicious sausage, a circle of tomato, pour the sauce over it, and - that's it!

- 250 g pumpkin;
- 2 large apples;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 120 g wheat flour;
- 5 g baking powder;
- 10 g of granulated sugar;
- 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil;
- 4 g ground cinnamon;
- salt, olive oil for frying.
Method of making pancakes with pumpkin and apples
We clean the apples from the peel, cut into large slices. Steam until soft, about 7 minutes. Apples can be steamed not only in a double boiler, a microwave oven is suitable for these purposes, it is important to quickly turn them into mashed potatoes, while not adding excess moisture to the dough.
We clean the ripe pumpkin with bright orange flesh from the peel, we get seeds. Chop the flesh into large cubes and, like apples, steamed until soft (7-8 minutes, depending on the variety).
By the way, do not throw pumpkin seeds, they are very tasty! Remove the seed bag, dry in the sun, and you can nibble healthy and tasty seeds in your spare time.
Now steamed vegetables should be turned into mashed potatoes - wipe them through a rare sieve or grind in a blender until homogeneous. The consistency of pumpkin puree depends on the variety of vegetables, I got it quite dry and crumbly.
Add sour cream and a small pinch of salt, granulated sugar to the vegetable puree. For a dietary recipe, use skimmed kefir instead of sour cream, the calorie content of the fritters will significantly diminish.
Smash raw chicken eggs in a bowl, pour olive oil of the first cold-pressed extra virgin variety. You can add any other high-quality vegetable oil or melted butter, for this amount of dough, just two tablespoons.
Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder, instead of which you can use ordinary baking soda, slaked with vinegar (2/3 teaspoon soda and dessert spoon vinegar 6%).
Put ground cinnamon in a bowl, gently knead the dough. Do not mix it for a long time, just put together the ingredients so that no lumps remain.
Heat a highly cast iron skillet, lubricate with vegetable oil for frying. One pancake - one tablespoon of dough with a small hill. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
