The taste of a dish mainly depends on the quality of minced meat. Of course, you can buy a finished product, but it is better to make it yourself from fresh meat. It can be pork, beef or chicken fillet. To make the stuffing uniform, it is passed at least twice through a meat grinder with a fine grate. For juiciness add onions or lard to it. Spicy herbs and spices will make it fragrant. The stuffing for the roll should keep its shape well, therefore, eggs, starch or flour are added to it as a binder. The minced meat is thoroughly kneaded with the hands, slightly beating it against the bowl.

The filling is prepared from mushrooms, onions and other vegetables. Mushrooms can be any: oyster mushrooms, champignons, white or other forest. The product is cleaned and washed from sand and dirt. Cut into chunks and stir fry with onions in hot oil to light ruddy. The filling can be varied by adding cabbage, potatoes, cheese or boiled eggs.

The stuffing is laid out on the food film in an even layer of uniform thickness. They spread mushroom stuffing on it and wrap it in mince with the help of a film in the form of a roll.

Bake meatloaf at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Serve the dish, cut into chunks.

Ingredients

700 g of minced meat;

20 ml of sunflower oil;

200 g of champignons;

salt;

a bunch of fresh spinach;

freshly ground pepper;

two eggs;

120 grams of pitted olives;

2 onions;

50 g breadcrumbs.

Method of preparation

Peel and chop the onion into small cubes. Fry the vegetable in vegetable oil until soft, stirring occasionally. Heads of champignons clean from thin skin. Rinse the mushrooms, pat dry and cut into plates. Put the mushrooms in the pan, pepper, salt and fry until the liquid is completely evaporated. The champignons should be browned.

Remove the olives from the marinade and cut into rings. Wash, dry, and tear the spinach. Onion and mushroom stir fried in a bowl, cool and add the spinach with olives. Stir.

Beat in the minced meat chicken egg, add the breadcrumbs and minced onions in a meat grinder. Pepper, salt and knead, slightly beating, until smooth. Put the stuffing on a sheet of foil in the shape of a rectangle. Ensure that the formation is of the same thickness.

Peel two potato tubers, wash them and chop them on a fine grater. Add potatoes to mince. Add finely chopped onion and semolina here. Carefully knead, slightly beating the stuffing on the bowl.

Ingredients

Meatloaf:

350 grams of chicken meat;

a bunch of dill greens;

350 g pork fillet;

egg white;

two loaves of bread;

two chicken eggs;

bulb;

salt;

two bulbs;

freshly ground pepper.

Mushroom filling:

400 g of champignons;

leek.

Cabbage stuffing:

300 g white cabbage;

freshly ground pepper;

leek;

salt;

four tomatoes;

60 ml of sunflower oil;

100 g Russian cheese.

Wash pork and chicken fillet. Cut the meat into slices and twist it in a meat grinder. Peel the onions and garlic, chop them in the same way as the meat. Soak slices of bread in water and add to mincemeat. Here, beat two eggs, pepper, salt and knead, beating well on a bowl.

Clean, wash and slice the champignons. Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan. Leek thinly shred. Fry the mushrooms in a pan until the liquid is completely evaporated. Add the leek and continue to sauté until soft. Pepper and salt. Remove from heat and cool.
