In the process of stewing zucchini, onions and celery are so soft that they simply turn into sauce, so the flavor is rich and the consistency is thick. A few natural secret ingredients that give the dish a unique flavor are dried green peppers and dried carrots. Such supplements can be prepared with your own hands, but it is much easier to purchase them on the market in the spice shop.
For gravy, take sour cream or cream and wheat flour. If for some reason you do not cook with wheat flour, then replace the flour with potato or corn starch, you get a dish without gluten.

- 250 g zucchini;

We clean the zucchini from the peel and seeds, rinse the zucchini with cold water. Rub the zucchini on a large vegetable grater, add to the rest of the ingredients.
