The Xu-Xu liqueur appeared relatively recently in the alcohol industry market (in 1997), but due to its successful marketing policy and unique taste, it gained high popularity.   • You can cool the drink with ice cubes or frozen berries. Then it is advisable to serve it in a cocktail glass or glass.
  • If the liquor seemed too sweet or thick, it can be diluted with soda, tonic, mineral water or fruit juice. The ratio is most often chosen 1: 1.
  • It is not customary to bite XuXu liqueur, as it has a thick texture.

Composition:

  • “Xu-Ksu” liqueur - 100 ml;
  • banana - 50 g;
  • mint - 5 leaves;
  • banana juice - 50 ml;
  • cream - 50 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Cut the banana pulp into medium-sized cubes, put it in the blender bowl. Place mint leaves on top.
  • Add juice and cream. These ingredients must first be well cooled.
  • Turn on the unit, turn its contents into a homogeneous liquid mass.
  • Pour the resulting mixture into a tall glass.
  • Add strawberry liqueur.

Composition:

  • freshly squeezed pineapple juice - 50 ml;
  • strawberry liqueur - 50 ml;
  • champagne - 50 ml;
  • crushed ice - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Pineapple juice in a shaker glass, add crushed ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
  • Strain and pour into a tall glass.
  • Pour champagne on top.
  • When the froth goes down, pour in the strawberry liqueur.
