Method of preparation:

  • Apples wash. Cut out the core, but not completely - leave some pulp on the bottom. Cut a piece from the core with a stem.
  • Melt the honey.
  • Chop a nut kernel with a knife.
  • Mix the nuts with honey, spread the stuffing on the apples. Cover with a “lid” with a stem.
  • In a bowl, beat an egg.
  • Roll out a bit of dough. Put an apple in the center. Cut triangles from the dough so that a four-pointed star appears under the apple. Raise the opposite "rays" and connect at the top of the apple, brushing the dough with an egg. Do the same with the remaining angles of the dough. The apple will be packed in a kind of “bag” with small slots.
  • Wrap the rest of the apples in the same way.
  • Grease the dough with an egg.
  • Put the apples in a baking dish, bedding its parchment on the bottom.
  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees, put the form into it and bake the apples for 20 minutes.

  • water - 20 ml;
  • ground cinnamon - 5 g;
  • brown sugar - 25 g;
  • raisins (optional) - 25 g;
  • caramel (candy) - 5-6 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash fruits, dry with napkins. Cut the caps off (they need to be kept). Cut the core out of the apples, leaving the bottom untouched.
  • Peel the apples.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon, roll the fruit well in this mixture.
  • Place several raisins in the middle of each apple, then caramel. If there is space, you can put some more dried fruit.
  • Roll out the dough, cut it into strips.
  • Beat the egg with water.
  • Wrap the apples in strips of dough, holding them together with an egg mixture.
  • Cover the apples with a “hat”.
  • Cut the leaves from the remaining dough (it is more convenient to do this using special molds).
  • Attach the “leaflets” to the “head”.
  • Grease the dough with an egg. Wrap each apple in foil.
  • Fold the apples into a mold and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. For 15 minutes, bake the apples in foil, then unroll and continue to bake until the dough is browned.
