Often in life there are situations when you urgently come up with something tasty. I have several recipes for this case, as I call them, “first aid”. Apple pie on kefir is prepared quickly, all ingredients will always be in every hostess.


Kefir (can be replaced with sour milk) - 1 cup.

Sugar - 1 cup.

Butter or margarine-200 gr.

Flour - 1, 5 - 2 glasses.

Apples - 2 large or 3 medium.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Soda - 0, 5 tsp.


Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, put soda. We melt the oil and pour it into the mixture. Now prepare the apples. They need to be washed, cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes. Put the apples in the dough, stir and pour the flour. The dough should turn out according to the consistency, like store sour cream. Put the dough on a baking sheet, greased with fat and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 40 minutes, the cake is ready. My daughter has grown up; at the age of 4 she is already so cleverly wielding a mixer, I just have to cut the apples.
