Ingredients for Baked Apples with Honey and Dried Fruits
- 6 pcs. apples;
- 1 cup of honey;
- 150 g of dried cranberries;
- 100 g raisins;
- 100 g butter;
- cinnamon - to taste.
Choose medium sized apples. The taste will then be nicer and richer. If you have candied honey - it is easy to melt it, heated in a water bath. You can use fresh berries cranberries or lingonberries, in this case, you need to give more sweetness.
Method of cooking baked apples with honey and dried fruits
Apples need to be washed under warm water, cut the core. It is necessary to cut only on the one hand not through so that the juice and filling of the apple does not flow out.
