But sometimes you catch yourself on the fact that I would like to serve meat in a slightly modified form, add something new, sophisticated, tricky, so that your men can look at you with delight and appreciate your work.
Of course, a great helper in this is always to add to the meat, the taste of which is easy to change, adding different spices and changing its consistency.

Recipe 1: meat in a sweet sauce
For this dish, prepare a few, perhaps unusual at first glance, ingredients, but the result will pleasantly surprise you.
- pork loin - 1 kg;
- orange - 1 pc .;
- honey - 2-3 tablespoons;
- garlic - 2-3 tooth .;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
- pepper and salt.
Wash my pork loin, lightly dry it with a towel and cut into 6-7 pieces.
Prepare marinade for it. Mix chopped garlic, butter, honey, juice of one orange, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix, pour it into a deep dish and send them meat. We mix and give it 12 hours to pickle in a cold place.
And now everything is simple. Choosing meat from the marinade. Heat the pan, pour the oil into it and fry the pieces of meat. Has the meat already turned golden? Then it's time to cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook the meat until ready for about 10 minutes. Chunks of meat, after roasting, you can send in a preheated 200 * C oven - choose the option that suits you best. Pour the butter into the skillet, in which our meat was fried, add the marinade and boil it until thick. Serve the meat with a side dish and pour over the sweet sauce.
Recipe 2: meat in a sweet and sour sauce
- canned pineapple - a jar;
- Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 red pepper,
- 0.5 yellow peppers (for beauty);
- Vinegar 9% - 2.5 tbsp. l .;
- Ketchup Heinz - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 2.5 tbsp;
- pork - 400 g;
- egg yolk - 1 pc .;
- ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt.
We rub a small piece of ginger on a terke, mix it with soy sauce, egg yolk and starch. Cut the meat into strips and send it to the marinade. Stir so that it can fully bathe in the marinade, and leave for 15-20 minutes to the side.
Starch is poured on a plate, and each piece of marinated meat roll in it. Put the pan on the stove to heat up, pour the butter and bring it to a boil. Fry until golden brown in deep fat. Then quickly skimmer move to the plate.
Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes, send in the oil to fry and also choose a skimmer on a plate. Now do the same with pineapples. Cut them into cubes and fry.
Peel the garlic and 1 cm. Ginger. Crush them and send in oil. After 1 minute, pour 0.5 cups of water to them, add sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. As soon as the sauce boils, add the ketchup to them, bring to a boil and send all the ingredients we fry earlier into the sauce. Mix, and over medium heat, we will extinguish everything together for another 10 minutes.

Recipe 3: chicken meat in a sweet-sour sauce
- Chicken fillet - 500 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
- A jar of canned pineapple;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- potato starch - 3 tbsp; - tomato paste - 2 tablespoons l .;
- champignons, dried tomatoes, soy sauce and vegetable oil.
Washed and lightly dried fillet cut into strips or cubes. First, transfer the meat to a deep bowl, then add the soy sauce, mix and leave in a cold place for 2-2.5 hours.
Then add to the bowl to the meat part of the starch and flour. Stir and fry the meat in butter until a beautiful crust appears. Put a layer of paper towel on the plate and place meat on it. This is a necessary procedure due to which all surplus meat absorb towel.

Recipe 4: Chinese Sweet Meat

- pork - 0.5 kg .;
- carrots (optional) - 1 pc .;
- sugar - 5 tbsp. l .;
- sesame oil - 0.5 tsp;
- Acetic essence - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- starch - 200 g;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 0.5 liters for frying.
Clean a piece of pork from the films, cut off the excess fat and cut it into 1 cm thick plates. Put it in a deep bowl and fill it with 200 grams of starch. Now pour a thin stream of water (150 ml) to form a sticky liquid. Leave the meat aside.
If you use a carrot, then cut it into thin straws and add to them a little chopped greens - leave aside. In the wok pan pour 0.5 liters of oil. We warm it up well. Meat in a bowl once again mix and send to the hot oil to fry. You need to fry the meat in one layer, then choose with a skimmer and send the next batch of meat. When all the meat is fried and shifted from the pan on a plate, you can take up the preparation of the sauce.
Pour 5 tsp into a cup. cold water and add to it 2 tsp. starch. Stir. Let the starch stand in the circle for a while. In a cold and dry skillet pour 5 tablespoons. sugar and 1 tbsp. tomato paste. Turn on strong fire, add 1 tsp. salt and heat the contents. Now pour in 1502 ml of boiling water, mix and bring to a boil. Immediately send to the sauce 1 tsp. vinegar essence - do not be alarmed by the smell, it is temporary! Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes. During this time, once again mix the starch in water well and pour it into the sauce for thickening. Intensive movements mix the sauce, bring everything to a boil and pour in another 0.5 tsp. sesame oil and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Now you can send the roasted pieces of pork and mix, so that our sauce has time to evenly distribute each piece. At this stage, add the prepared carrot and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Your meat has already been cooked and well soaked in sweet sauce.
