Prepare the following ingredients: chicken fillet - 0.5 kg .; Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .; Tomato - 1 pc .; garlic - 4 cloves; balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp; soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .; ginger; honey - 1 tsp; starch - 1.5 tsp; olive oil, pepper and salt.

Cut into thin strips of chicken breast. We shake the tomato with boiling water and remove the skin. Peel the Bulgarian pepper and slice together with the tomatoes into strips. Now in the pan we will heat up the oil and begin to add the prepared ingredients separately, each time quickly mixing with a spatula. First pour the soy sauce, then add honey, then crushed garlic cloves, ginger cubes and finally balsamic vinegar. Now we send pepper strips to the pan, after the tomatoes and all together we fry for 2 minutes. Now we press chicken fillet and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Add starch on top, quickly mix and add a small amount of water. Mix and simmer on low heat still 2 minutes. Turn off the fire, remove the dish from the stove and serve to the table with rice or potatoes.
Recipe 2: Chicken in Chinese (Fillet)
Now you need to prepare: chicken breast - 300 g; garlic - 2 cloves; sweet red pepper - 150 g. For preparing the sauce: water - 5 tbsp. l .; soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l .; wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .; starch - 1 tsp and sugar - 1 tbsp. We also need salt, olive oil, and boiled rice for a side dish. If desired, you can add hot chili pepper and grated ginger to the dish - but this is not for everyone.
As in the previous recipe, we cut the chicken fillet into strips and salt them a little. Peel the Bulgarian pepper, cut it into 4 pieces lengthwise and cut into strips. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Constantly stirring, we cook the chicken in Chinese for 10-15 minutes, until the meat is completely cooked. The sauce should thicken. Recipe 3: Chicken in Chinese (chicken)
Prepare: chicken legs - 2 pcs .; sugar - 3 tbsp .; soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l .; 3 garlic cloves; olive oil - 1 tbsp .; rice noodles - 200 g; curry powder - 1 tsp; salt. First, release the thighs from the bones and peels, and cut the meat into small cubes of 3 cm. We chop the garlic cloves, but do not let them through the press.
In a heated wok pan pour a little olive oil and add sugar to it. This should be done quickly over high heat. As soon as the sugar begins to melt and darken, begin to mix intensively.
