Pork with Brussels sprouts in Chinese - a very tasty and simple main dish, cooked in accordance with Asian cuisine. It will take time to marinate the meat, but if you want to prepare the dish quickly, then cut the meat into thin strips - so the marinade will be absorbed faster. This recipe has all the ingredients of a delicious dinner - tender sweet and sour meat with gravy, juicy vegetables and creamy “glass” noodles. You can marinate pork in advance, in the marinade it is kept from 2 to 10 hours, and, the longer, the tastier, then cooking dinner will take no more than half an hour.
In the original Chinese recipe for marinade, rice wine is used, it can be replaced with dry white wine, it is more affordable, and the taste will not be particularly affected.

Ingredients for Chinese style pork with Brussels sprouts
- 600 g pork tenderloin;
- 500 g Brussels sprouts;
- 250 g of funchose;
- 50 g butter.
For the marinade:
- 1 chili;
- 1 onion;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 5 cm ginger root;
- 60 ml of white wine;
- 30 ml of soy sauce;
- 30 g of honey;
- 40 ml of olive oil;

From the tenderloin, carefully cut off the films and all the excess - fat, sinews and tendons. Wash the meat with cold water and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.

Pour 1 liter of boiling water in a saucepan, pour a teaspoon of salt, put funchoza in boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes. Ready to throw noodles on a sieve.
