- 230 g of egg noodles;
- Two spoons of peanut butter;
- Tooth of garlic;
- A half tablespoon of anise;
- A bunch of green onions;
- 120 g small shrimp peeled;
- Two spoons of soy sauce;
- One lime.
Garlic finely chopped. Heat the peanut butter in the pan and put the garlic and anise in it. Fry 30 seconds. Chop the green onion and add to the pan. Next, lay out the peeled shrimp, fry for another 3 minutes. Boil water in a saucepan, boil egg noodles for 2 minutes. Squeeze the juice out of the lime, add it with the soy sauce to the pan. - 800 g frozen shrimp;
- Cream 20% - 250 g;
- Two spoons of tomato paste;
- Two spoons of butter;
Boil water, fill it with shrimp for 5 minutes. Water is drained, clean the shrimp. Boil noodles in salted water, then recline in a colander, rinsed. Pour half of the cream into the saucepan, set on fire. Add salt and tomato paste. Stir, add chopped greens. Then pour the rest of the cream, mix. After boiling, turn off the fire, cover the sauce with a lid. We put the pot with noodles on a moderate heat, pour in two spoons of melted butter. We mix everything properly, remove it from the fire after 3 minutes, cover with a lid. Heat oil in a pan, lay out all the shrimp. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid. Stir the sauce before serving. Serve the dish like this: first, lay the noodles on a plate, top with some shrimp and pour over all the creamy sauce.

There are no special subtleties in the preparation of egg noodles. It must first be boiled in boiling salted water until cooked or semi-ready (as indicated in the recipe). In parallel, fry vegetables or meat. Spread the noodles over the rest of the ingredients and heat them for a few minutes in the soy sauce.
