Rice with minced meat and vegetables in a tomato will perfectly serve as hot for lunch or dinner, on a festive table such a dish would also be appropriate. We will use the usual products (rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions), and Provence or Italian herbs that can be used will add a special taste and aroma to the dish. When choosing rice, give preference to long-grain varieties: it looks more attractive on a plate. Garlic - 1-2 cloves (optional);
Tomato - 2-3 pcs .;

Water - 0.5 l;
Salt, pepper, aromatic herbs to taste.
Let's start with the fact that we cook meat sauce. Fry minced meat on a heated pan. We will need a small amount of vegetable oil, which must be well heated in a frying pan, and then we will gradually send mince there. If you put the stuffing in small portions, giving it a grab and whiten on one side, then it will remain grainy and will not stick together in one com. Fry minced meat for 10 minutes, stirring it, seasoning with salt, pepper and adding aromatic herbs, for example, thyme or oregano.
Add vegetables to minced meat. Peel and chop the onion and garlic, send to the pan, 2-3 minutes before the rest of the vegetables. If your family does not like garlic, you can not put it. Pepper and tomatoes are carefully washed, we remove the seed box from the pepper and chop the vegetables into small cubes. Add to the pan, fry for 5 minutes.
Vegetables were lightly fried and made juice. Add tomato paste and mix the meat sauce. If necessary, bring to taste.
Separately cook rice, after washing it in several waters. To cook rice faster, fill it with water in a ratio of 1: 2, and cook it in the same water after half an hour. You will see that the cooking time has decreased, and the rice turned out crumbly. Add a little salt when the water boils and, under a lid over low heat, bring the rice to readiness for 10 minutes.
Combine the prepared rice with the meat part of the dish and mix.
Serve the rice hot, garnished with chopped greens.
