Kiwi-Nectarine Smoothie is a sweet, delicious, healthy and tasty fruit cocktail that you can shake in a blender in minutes. I added a rather exotic fruit to this delicious fruit drink - smoothie - golden kiwi, which was first grown in New Zealand and it appeared on the shelves of our stores not so long ago. In contrast to the usual green kiwi, kiwi Gold is bright yellow inside, and almost “bald” on the outside, it tastes very sweet, with a honey flavor.
Another exotic supplement that will refresh Kiwi-Nectarine smoothie is fresh rosemary, but be very mild: just a few leaves can give your smoothie a strong Christmas tree flavor.
On a hot summer day, I advise you to put in the blender a few pieces of frozen unsalted mineral water, which will add a little more benefit and freshness to the smoothie.

A way to prepare Kiwi-Nectarine smoothie.
Ripe nectarine carefully wash, remove the bone, cut into thick slices. You can remove the skin from nectarine, but usually it is quite tender, unlike apple peel.
We clean the peeled ripe apple and cut it into small pieces.
Add to the fruit two peeled yellow kiwi, cut into thick slices. Yellow kiwi, unlike green, has a sweeter taste and, in combination with honey, will make a smoothie a real gourmet treat.
We add honey to fruits - a valuable natural sweetener, which should be included in a healthy diet within reasonable limits.
To make the smoothie not very thick and cloyingly sweet, add freshly squeezed lemon juice. For one portion of the cocktail enough juice from half a lemon.
The refinement of the smoothie will add a few leaves of fresh rosemary, but do not overdo it with this fragrant spice. Even a small amount of rosemary (3-4 leaves) is enough for you to feel it in a cocktail.
Grind fruits in a food processor or blender to a puree state. If you like a thick smoothie, you can leave it as it is. However, you can add ice cubes to the fruit, or a little unsalted mineral water without gas, or fruit juice without sugar, then you get a very large portion of the drink.
Pour the fruit cocktail - smoothing it into a cup or glass, serve immediately, garnished with a circle of lemon and fresh mint.
