The secret of delicious meatballs lies in high-quality minced meat. Minced pork should contain about 10% fat (fat), because it is fat that gives juiciness to the finished dish. If you are cooking minced pork at home, then cut a little bacon and chop it together with the meat in a meat grinder. If you buy ready-made minced meat, it is usually ground, observing the necessary proportions of meat and bacon, therefore only spices and seasonings should be added to it.
Pork has a peculiar smell that not everyone likes. The easiest way to give the patties an appetizing flavor is hops-suneli or dried seasoning for pork or main dishes.

- 1 onion;
- 40 grams of white bread;
- 80 ml of cold milk;
- 5 g hops-suneli;

Put the chilled minced pork in a bowl. By the way, meat for meatballs does not need to be ground finely, it is better to use a nozzle with medium-sized holes.
Chop the onion bulb in a blender or rub it on a large vegetable grater. If the onions for meatballs are not fried, before they are added to the stuffing, then it should be well grind. Add shredded onions to the meat.
With crusty white bread, cut off the crust, soak the crumb in half of cold milk. Hands knead the bread, to get a small crumb. Add soaked crumb to meat and onions.
Pour the remaining milk into a bowl, pour in fine salt to your liking.
