We prepare tasty meat cutlets with oat-flakes and vegetables from lean pork. To make burgers tender, fluffy and nourishing, add zucchini, green onions and instant oatmeal or rolled oats into mincemeat. We bake cutlets in the oven with small young carrots. It’s no secret that minced meat or minced meat without adding fat will result in rather dry burgers. Fresh vegetables, in our case zucchini and onions, make the meatballs juicy, and the oatmeal will absorb healthy meat juices and will not allow them to drain on a baking sheet.

Ingredients for cooking meat cutlets with oat-flakes and vegetables:
- 450 g of lean pork;
- 1 onion;
- 1 \ 2 small zucchini;
- a bunch of feather onions and parsley;
- 60 g of Hercules;
- 5 g ground paprika;
- 5 g dry seasoning;
- 400 g young carrots;
- salt, pepper, olive oil.
Method of cooking tasty meatballs with oat-flakes and vegetables
With a piece of lean pork, cut the tendons, tendons and films (if any), cut the meat into small cubes.
Cut the onion head into several pieces.
Chop a feather onion and chop parsley finely. Instead of onions and parsley, you can take any spicy herbs to your liking - cilantro, celery, dill or lovage, in short, everything that you think suits meats.
We clean half of the small zucchini from the peel, remove the seed bag. Cut the zucchini flesh into cubes.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the food processor and grind to homogeneity. Instead of a food processor, you can skip the ingredients through a meat grinder with a small nozzle.
Next, we add to the mince oats, ground red paprika, salt to taste and dry seasonings. I have a homemade mixture of dill, laurel and cumin - very fragrant.
Thoroughly mix the stuffing, cover the bowl with cling film and put into the refrigerator compartment for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, we heat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
The baking pan and hands are greased with olive oil. Sculpt the oval cutlets of minced meat, lay out in a form with a small distance between them. We press on the chop with the palm to make it flat. Take a young carrot, cut off part of the tops. Carrot grease with olive oil, spread in the gaps.
We send the form to the preheated oven, prepare 10-12 minutes on one side, then take out the form, turn it over and prepare another 10 minutes.
To the table, cutlets are served hot - golden patties with caramelized carrots are very tasty!
