No matter how pork cutlets are called: meat balls, hedgehogs made of minced meat, chops or meatballs, as in this recipe, the essence does not change. A juicy burger in a fragrant thick sauce looks so appetizing that saliva flows at all without exception.
You can add cream or sour cream to the gravy for meatballs and thicken it with flour, but it is better to add more vegetables, this will make the taste of the sauce more saturated.
Sweet pepper must take red, ripe tomatoes, so that the gravy is bright and thick.

- 200 g of sweet bell pepper;
- 300 g tomatoes;

Pour seasoning. Ground red pepper will add brightness to the sauce. In addition to pepper, we add table salt and granulated sugar to balance the acid of the tomatoes.
Grind vegetables to a uniform consistency. If desired, you can rub the mashed potatoes through a sieve to get rid of the seeds, but this is not necessary.
Then pour the sauce in a saucepan and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Making meatballs. In the blender we put the pork mince or pork pulp, if you do not like the purchase of minced meat.
To the meat add chopped large onions. If onions are not among your favorite foods, then you can add a little white cabbage, grated raw potatoes or finely chopped fresh greens (parsley, cilantro, dill) instead.
Cut loaf or white bread into slices, soak them in milk. Add loaf to minced meat and onions, pour the remaining milk into the bowl.
Season the minced meat with salt and spices to taste, grind to obtain a smooth mass, put the bowl in the fridge for 20 minutes, so that the mass is cooled and easily formed.

With cold-moistened hands, we sculpt round meatballs the size of a ping-pong ball. Heat two tablespoons of odorless, refined vegetable oil in a pan, fry on each side until golden brown.
Pour hot tomato sauce into the pan with meatballs, cover with a lid, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
