It is prepared simply: mix kefir, eggs, melted butter, 1 \ 2 teaspoon of fine salt and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. Mix the ingredients until smooth, gradually add wheat flour and soda. If the dough turned out liquid, pour a little flour. Ready dough leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
While the dough is resting, we will prepare the filling for an English pie with potatoes and meat. Boil the potatoes in a uniform, clean, skip over a potato masher or rub on a small grater. Fry carrots in oil or also cook in uniform.
Add mayonnaise and salt to potatoes to taste, mix.
