Delicious pie with cabbage in the oven, or, as it is also called, jellied pie, is made quickly. The dough for such baking is usually prepared on fermented milk products - kefir, sour cream, yogurt. In this recipe I propose to make dough on ryazhenka. According to the method of preparation and consistency, it looks like a pancake. For the filling, you can use fresh or sauerkraut. Sauerkraut is cooked longer fresh, but pies with such a filling are incredibly tasty.

Ingredients for jellied pie with cabbage in the oven
For the test:
- 200 ml of Ryazhenka;
- 2 fresh chicken eggs;
- 35 ml of olive oil;
- 185 g of flour in \ s;
- baking powder, salt, baking soda, breadcrumbs.
For the filling:
- 250 g of white cabbage;
- 70 g shallots;
- 85 g carrots;
- 110 g of bell pepper;
- 150 g boiled sausage or wieners;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 30 g of fresh herbs (parsley, dill);
- 50 g butter;
- salt, pepper to taste.

Making the dough for the cake, it should stand for about 15 minutes. During this time, the filling will be prepared.
So, pour olive oil and ryazhenka in a bowl, pour in a pinch of salt, break fresh chicken eggs. Whisk mix the ingredients until smooth. Strongly beat the mass is not necessary, rather weak stirring.

Wheat flour of the highest grade, preferably of hard wheat varieties, mix with a teaspoon of baking powder, add half a teaspoon of soda.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients, knead the dough, cover the bowl with cling film. Leave at room temperature.

In a pan, melt the butter. Cut shallots, carrots three on a large vegetable grater. Sprinkle shallots and carrots in hot oil, quickly fry.
Shred cabbage strips about a centimeter wide or a little less. Bulgarian pepper cut into cubes. Throw the pepper and cabbage into the pan, cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Season stewed vegetables with salt and pepper to your liking, mix, cool slightly.



Dice the cooked sausage or sausages. We rub hard cheese on a large grater. Finely chop a bunch of fresh greens.
Put the sausage, cheese and greens in a bowl with dough.

Add cooled stewed vegetables to the rest of the ingredients, mix. At this stage, all you need to do quickly, do not mix for a long time to save the air bubbles formed in the dough.
Heat the oven to a temperature of 185 degrees Celsius.

Lubricate the form with a non-stick coating with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread the dough for the pie pie with cabbage in the form.

Send the cake to the preheated oven. We bake 45-50 minutes.
We check the readiness of the pie with cabbage with a wooden stick, if it comes out dry there - the dough is well cooked.

Put ready-made jellied pie with cabbage and sausages on the grid, cool.
