For the pie filling:
- 400 g pork;
- 100 g red onions;
- 100 g white onions;
- 150 g of champignons;
- 200 g potatoes;
- 100 g canned corn;
- 30 grams of parsley and celery;
- salt, olive oil.
For the test:
- 220 ml unsweetened yogurt;
- 3 eggs;
- 35 ml of olive oil;
- 320 g wheat flour;
- 8 g of baking powder;
- 5 g of edible soda;

Making stuffing. Heat refined olive oil in a frying pan, throw in finely chopped white onions, pass to a transparent state for about 6 minutes, then add the finely chopped mushrooms. Stew for 5-7 minutes, add salt at the end. Then we shift to the processor, turn on the pulse mode, grind it. Mushroom mince is not necessary to be mashed, just a little chop.
Pork cut large, add a head of red onions, a bunch of green parsley and celery.
We skip the meat with onions and greens in a meat grinder once, fry in a well heated pan for a few minutes.
Boil potatoes until cooked, mash, salt to taste.
Making the dough. We mix unsweetened yogurt without additives with two eggs and a pinch of salt. One egg is left for lubrication.
Add sifted wheat flour, soda and baking powder to liquid ingredients. Pour quality olive oil.
Knead a fairly steep dough, if necessary, pour some flour. We gather in one, leave for 10-15 minutes in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel or tighten it with a film so that the dough does not become covered with a crust.
Divide the dough in half, roll out a piece about 1 centimeter thick. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, on it - rolled flat cake.
Stir fried champignons with mashed potatoes, spread on a flat cake, distribute in an even layer.
Then put the roasted minced pork, also lay it in an even layer.
Pour canned corn on meat.
Roll out the remaining dough into a circle slightly larger than the first flatbread, cover the filling.
We connect the edges of the cake, in the center we make a hole for steam.
Mix the eggs in a bowl, do not whip, just combine the protein with the yolk.
Lubricate the surface of the egg.
Often we prick the dough with a fork for extra ventilation and send it to an oven heated to 170 degrees. Cooking 35-40 minutes.
