Fried Eggs - the basic principles of cooking
Traditional fried eggs are prepared in two ways. In the first case, the pan is put on medium heat, warm up well and put any cooking oil at your discretion. Eggs very carefully, so as not to damage the yolk break into a bowl. Then they are poured on a hot frying pan and immediately raise the handle so that the protein is evenly distributed over the entire surface. As soon as the bottom layer grabs, the pan is lowered and fried for another couple of minutes under the lid.
The second method involves turning. After the fried eggs are fried, it is gently hooked with a spatula, turned over and cooked for a few seconds. Then turn over again. When cooking in the second way, do not cover the pan.
Fried eggs can be cooked not only in the pan, but also in the oven, multi-cooker or microwave.
