Ingredients for breakfast toasts with avocado and egg salad
- Whole grain bread;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 150 g of feta cheese;
- 40 grams of Greek yogurt;

- 40 g celery;

- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 \ 2 avocado;
- 1 \ 2 lemon;
- cherry tomatoes;
- 10 ml of soy sauce;

A way to make toast for breakfast with avocado and egg salad
Cheese “Feta” knead with a fork with soy sauce and Greek yogurt to make a thick gruel.

Peking cabbage or any green salad with a slice of thin strips. Sprinkle cabbage with fine salt, rub it with your hands, so that it softens. Celery stalks are cut into thin plates or small cubes. Mix celery and cabbage in a salad bowl.
In a frying pan, heat up some olive oil, throw in a heated oil a finely chopped clove of garlic, immediately followed by shrimp peeled from the shell. Fry seafood for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat, lay on a plate to cool quickly. Cooled prawns together with the butter in which they were prepared, add to the sliced vegetables.
Next, mix the vegetables and shrimps with egg salad, pepper with freshly ground black pepper.
