In the thick sweet dough, you can mix any stuffing and in less than an hour to cook delicious muffins. By the way, wild berries are also suitable for the recipe, they are very fragrant and tasty.
The one who invented the muffins truly did well to the lazy sweet teeth! After all, the preparation of a small delicacy takes quite a bit of time, unlike baking cakes, pies or cheesecakes. You will have time to bake muffins for breakfast, if you have extra half an hour left.

- 1 cup of strawberries;
- 150 g wheat flour;
- 100 g of kefir;
- 175 g of sugar;
- 40 g butter;
- 1 egg;

Melt butter, cool to room temperature, add to liquid ingredients. Instead of butter, you can melt cream margarine or use unscented vegetable oil.
Mix the liquid ingredients with sifted wheat flour and baking powder, also add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.
Knead thick and smooth dough without lumps. Garden strawberries put in a colander, rinsed with cold water, dried on a napkin. Add the berries in the dough, gently mix.
Silicone molds for muffins are lubricated from the inside with refined, odorless vegetable oil. We fill the forms with dough for 3 \ 4, so that there is a place for lifting it.
Forms put on a baking sheet. In the gas oven, muffins can burn, so I put the silicone in thick metal molds. For reliability, you can pour into metal molds on a tablespoon of hot water - baking in the water bath will not exactly burn.
Heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Set the baking tray with muffins in the center of the heated oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
