Imagine you are sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee and you are enjoying a chocolate cupcake. If you like this picture, then you are welcome to us for recipes.
Especially for those who have long wanted to bake chocolate cupcakes, but did not dare at all, as well as for those who have already tried, but failed, we picked up the perfect test version. This is a dough in semolina. It turns out to be mega chocolate, very tender, moderately crumbly and moderately sweet. Manka is not felt at all.
In addition, this dough is suitable for baking large muffins in the oven and in the slow cooker. Top muffins are best sprinkled with powdered sugar. But you can make and icing.
Ingredients:
Manca - 1 cup (200 ml);
Milk - 280 ml;
Flour - 200 g (1 and 1/3 cup);
Odorless vegetable oil - 120 ml;
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
Baking powder - 12 g (1 tbsp without slides);
Sugar - 1 cup;
Nuts - 1/2 cup.

Recipe:
In a large and convenient for kneading bowl mix sugar and semolina. Fill them with warm (not hot) milk. Mix well and let the semolina swell for 40 minutes. This stage is very important. If the semolina does not swell, then in baking, it will nasty squeak on the teeth.

In another bowl (or in the same), mix vegetable oil, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix and add the mixture of semolina. Manka should settle on the bottom, and on top there will be a small layer of milk.

Stir the dough until smooth. The most convenient way to use the mixer with nozzles for the test. It turns out quite thick.

Lastly, add chopped nuts. They can be replaced with raisins or chocolate chips.

In the form for cupcakes lay out the dough so that it fills 2/3 of the volume. For chocolate lovers, we advise you to put a piece of chocolate bar in the center of muffins (dough - chocolate dough). After baking, the chocolate will melt and you will get muffins with liquid chocolate inside.

We send cupcakes to the middle shelf of the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Focus on your oven, you may need a little more, or vice versa, less time for baking. After 25 minutes, check the readiness of the cupcakes. They should rise well and be dry inside (check the splinter).
Ready-made muffins are best served completely chilled, so they will reveal their rich chocolate flavor.
