Roots wash and peel. Cut into strips and set to cook in salted water until tender. Then we throw them in a colander to let the water drain. Prepare a baking dish, lubricate with oil and place boiled celery in it. Sour cream mixed with flour, add salt to taste and pour the roots. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Celery Salad with Chicken Breast.

  • chicken breast - 1 pc .;
  • bulb onion - 2 pcs .;

Open a jar of tuna and drain the juice into separate dishes. Fish mash with a fork. Boil eggs hard-boiled and cut with cucumbers, celery and lettuce. Mix everything, add corn and fill with tuna juice.

Ingredients:

  • broth - 300 ml .;
  • milk - 300 ml .;
  • celery root - 1 pc .;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs .;

  • butter 50 gr .;
  • vegetable oil - 50 gr .;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt to taste;
  • greens.

Cooking:

Vegetables, grate, chop onions. Put butter and vegetable oil in a skillet, stew onions with carrots. Then add celery and potatoes and simmer another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the stewed vegetables with flour and fry, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Transfer everything to the pan and beat with a blender, gradually adding milk. Salt, pour the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
