Medium sized beets - 1 pc;

Beans, can be canned or boiled - 350 g;

An apple (I do with Antonovka) - 1 small;

Salt, black pepper to your taste;

Vegetable oil for dressing 3 spoons.

Preparation: wash the beets and boil, you can not boil, and wrap in baking paper and place for 7 minutes in the microwave. The cooled vegetable cut into small cubes. Add the cooled beans to the beets (if you take the boiled one) and diced apple (the more acidic it is, the tastier the salad). Beets - 2 medium;

Prunes - 0, 5 cup;

Walnuts - 2 tbsp. spoons;

Garlic - 1 clove;

Oranges - 2 pieces;

Marinated cucumber - 1 pc;

Celery root - 1 pc;

Medium potatoes - 1 pc;

Carrots - 1 pc;

Fresh parsley - 2 bunches;

Salt and pepper to taste;

Mayonnaise (homemade sour cream will be good here) for refueling.
