Products for homemade juicers with curd
- Cottage cheese (not dry, moderately moist) - 400g;
- Sugar - 7 tablespoons;
- Eggs - 2 pcs .;
- Sour cream - 0, 5 glasses + 1 tablespoon;
- Butter - 75g;
- Flour - 2 and 1/4 cup;
- Semolina - 1-2 tablespoons;
- Salt - pinch;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
How to Make Homemade Cheeses with Curd
Preparing the stuffing for juicers
300 g of cottage cheese we need for the filling. To make it tender, you need to twist the curd in a meat grinder or whisk in a blender. You can apply the accelerated method - knead the curd well with your hands to crush the lumps.
Add to the cottage cheese 4 tablespoons of sugar, a spoonful of sour cream and semolina, protein from one egg. Leave the yolk to lubricate the juicers. If you like the flavor of vanilla, add vanilla sugar to the filling.
Mix the ingredients well. If the filling is watery, you can put an extra spoon of semolina.
Cooking dough for a juicer
Now prepare the dough. Mix 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a glass of sour cream until homogeneous, about half a minute at medium speed.
Add soft butter and beat another 20-30 seconds.
Uncover the remaining 100 g of cottage cheese in dough and beat it again for half a minute.
Then sift in a bowl of flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough.
It should be soft, but not stick to hands. Take first 2 cups of flour, and 1/4 cup pour as you knead, taking into account the consistency of the dough.
Slightly sprinkling the table with flour, roll out the curd dough into a cake about half a centimeter thick and cut out the mugs. It is better to cut them not with a glass, but with something more, for example, with a half-liter jar or creamer.
For each circle, we put a filling full with a top teaspoon. And in order to make the osobniki figured, like real ones, we will make the top edge wavy with the help of a figure knife. Although you can even bake - it does not affect the taste!
We will cover the lower half of the juicers with the filling with the upper, figured half. No need to pinch, just squeeze a little.
Fill the baking sheet with confectionery parchment, grease the paper with sunflower oil and put the daggers on the baking tray.
Whisk the yolk with a teaspoon of water and grease them with a confectionery brush.
Put the baking tray in the oven, heated to 180-200 ° C, and bake the steaks until golden brown.
