Cottage cheese and apple pie - general principles of cooking
You can prepare a delicious cake, if you have patience and work only in a good mood.
The baking process consists of two main stages. Firstly, you need to prepare the dough, and secondly - the filling.
Flour necessarily sift and preferably twice.
The dough is often prepared shortbread or yeast.
Cottage cheese should not be sour and moist. It is frayed through a sieve, then the filling will turn out gentle and airy.
Sweet red apples are more suitable for making the cake. But you can take any. Just then a little more sugar is poured.
In addition to the main ingredients, eggs, sour cream, milk, butter or margarine, dried fruits and nuts are added to the cottage cheese pie and apples.
It is baked from half an hour to an hour. The standard temperature is 170 degrees. However, other parameters are possible for each recipe and oven.
In the process of baking, a pie with cottage cheese and apples should be monitored, periodically checking its readiness.
In addition to the products, you will need a baking sheet or silicone mold, baking paper, measuring cups and brushes with spoons.
1. Pie with curd and apples “Mother's recipe”
• 0.4 kg of cottage cheese;
• four Art. spoons of sour cream;
• 0.1 kg of oil;
• four eggs;
• 0.15 kg of sugar and flour;

• one and a half tsp of baking powder;
• h. Spoon of vanilla sugar.
Apples free from the core and cut into semicircular plates. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice so that they do not have time to darken. Put cottage cheese, butter and sour cream in a deep bowl. Grind to make a mixture without lumps.
Break eggs, add sugar. Beat and pour the mass into the curd mixture. Stir very carefully.
Pour the baking powder and vanilla sugar into the flour. Gradually add dry ingredients to the curd dough, stirring it constantly. Set aside for about fifteen minutes.
In a silicone form to shift evenly the third part of the test.
Top with a layer of apples.
Close the filling dough. Then decompose the apples again. Cover them with the remains of curd mass.
Cooking a cake with cottage cheese and apples will take about half an hour (200 degrees).
2. Pie with curd and apples “Gentle”
• 0.1 kg of sugar;
• two eggs;
• 0.125 kg butter;
• a glass of kefir;
• about two glasses of flour;
• on a spoonful of vanilla sugar and baking powder.

• 50 grams of sugar;
• four sweet apples;

Mix sugar and eggs for about two minutes with a mixer.
Melt the butter and add to the mixer cup. Pour kefir. Continue whisking.
Mix baking powder and vanilla sugar with flour. Gradually pour into the egg mixture and cook the dough.
Curd pour in a bowl. Add both sugar and egg. Stir by hand or with a mixer.
Apple clean, coarsely rub. Pour into the curd mass and mix with it.
Put about half the dough into the form. Pour out all the filling with cottage cheese and apples. Use a spatula or spoon to level it. The remains of the test spread on the filling.
Put the cake on the bottom rack for twenty-five minutes. Then move it higher for another half an hour (170 degrees).
3. Shredded cottage cheese and apple pie
• two cups of flour;
• 125 gr. oils;
• Art. spoon of sour cream;
• a cup of sugar;
• Art. spoon without a baking powder bowl.
• two articles. spoons of sour cream and semolina;
• 400 gr. cottage cheese;
• three eggs;
• 150 gr. sugar sand;
• a glass of drinking yogurt; • half a lemon peel;
• three apples;
• two teaspoons of cinnamon.
Put on a plate pieces of butter. Top with sugar and grind. It should make a solid mass. Pour the sour cream and drive an egg. Mix everything well.
In flour add baking powder. Just a little bit pour it into a creamy cream mixture and make a soft dough. Transfer to a piece of film and put on the shelf in the refrigerator.
In the frayed cottage cheese add eggs, sugar, and then semolina. Pour lemon zest here. Mix. Pour the yogurt and sour cream, again, all carefully and gently mix.
Peel the apples and cut into slices. Pour them with cinnamon.
Grate two thirds of the dough into a prepared form. Align the bottom of the pan. Top half the apples. On them to distribute the filling of the curd. Then put the apples again, and grate the dough that is left on top of them.
Baking time is about forty five minutes (170 degrees).
4. Pie with cottage cheese and apples “Gourmet”
• two Art. l cocoa;
• one egg;
• one and a half glasses of flour;
• three Art. l sugar;
• 130 gr. butter;
• 0.35 kg of cottage cheese;
• three apples;
• two articles. l sugar and starch;
• two eggs;
• 100 grams of raisins.
• a glass of milk;
• Art. spoon butter sl .;
• one yolk;
• Art. spoon of sugar;
• h. Spoon of starch and vanilla sugar;
• two pinches of almond flakes.
Beat the egg in a deep bowl. Add sugar and butter here. Mix everything well by combining all the ingredients. Pour flour and cocoa. Cook the dough.
Spread the dough into a wide middle layer. For five minutes send in the oven (170 degrees).
Mix eggs, cottage cheese, sugar and starch. Fill gently onto the dough. Raisin evenly poured on top.
Cut apples into thin slices. Spread them across the surface of the dough. Send in the oven for ten minutes.
To a half cup of milk add a piece of butter. Add sugar and heat slightly.
Pour the rest of the milk into the yolk, add vanilla sugar and starch. Mixer beat. Pour the egg mixture into the milky thin stream. Heat it until thickened, be sure to stir constantly. It will take about ten minutes. In a hot frying pan lightly browned almond flakes.
Pull the pie out of the oven and pour the egg-milk mixture onto it. Pour almond flakes onto the surface. Bake for about half an hour.
5. Pie with cottage cheese and apples and nuts
• four apples;
• 50 ml of cognac;
• 1/2 cup of nuts and raisins.
• two glasses of flour;
• 200 gr. margarine.
• 500 gr. cottage cheese;
• a glass of sour cream and sugar;
• two eggs;
• 1/2 cup semolina.
Raisin wash and dry. Pour brandy for impregnation.
Remove the middle of apples, make cups.
Grind nuts and raisins in a blender. Fill the apples with the mixture.
Cut into small cubes of margarine. Put it in the bowl. Add flour and rub with your hands. Add an egg, pour in some cold water. Prepare shortbread dough.
Curd and sugar grind in a blender. Put sour cream, eggs and semolina. All together, beat. It turned out cottage cheese dough.
Sand dough thinly rolled. Put in the form, lay the bottom, make the sides.
Put apples on the dough, and between them - the cottage cheese mixture. Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Pie with cottage cheese and apples should be baked for about an hour.
6. Pie with cottage cheese and yeast apples
• incomplete glass of milk;
• egg and yolk;
• five art. spoons of sugar;
• 0.12 kg margarine;
• two teaspoons of yeast;
• 0.6 kg of sifted flour;
• a pinch of salt.
• four red apples;
• Art. spoon of sugar;
• 30 g butter.
Cottage Cheese Filling:
• 600 gr. cottage cheese;
• six Art. spoons of sugar;
• 0.1 kg of raisins;
• egg and yolk.
Pour dry yeast and a spoonful of sugar into the milk. Mix everything with a whisk. Add four spoons of flour, stir everything again. Leave covered for about ten minutes.
Then put the eggs, sugar, salt and margarine pieces. Stir everything.
Pour the remaining flour and cook the dough. Put it away for forty minutes in a warm place.
Cut the peeled apples into small cubes. Put them in a saucepan, add butter, sugar and simmer for five minutes over low heat. Apple stuffing should cool completely. In the cottage cheese add egg and yolk, mix. Then add sugar and raisins. Stir.
Cut the dough in two halves: one a little more, the other - smaller.
Roll a larger piece to a thickness of five millimeters.
Transfer the dough to a rectangular baking sheet. Make bumpers.
Pour out and evenly distribute the stuffing from apples.
Place the curd mixture on top.
Roll out the remaining piece of dough and cut it into ribbons. Put on top of the cake in the form of a lattice.
Egg loose with milk. Grease the cake with the mixture.
The dish should be baked for about fifty minutes (195 degrees).

- Yeast dough does not tolerate drafts. It fits in a warm and quiet place.

- Sugar should be added in moderation. After all, its excess slows the fermentation of dough. If there is little sugar, the cake will not have a brown crust.
