A cupcake is a tasty and energetically valuable pastry, so a good cupcake can perfectly complement breakfast and keep you strong during the day if you cannot eat fully.

But for the same reason, a cupcake is not the most suitable food for those who want to lose weight.

But you can do it just once a week, right?

Applecake - general principles

The cake dough necessarily includes fat (vegetable or butter), if it is a sweet cake (because there are, after all, unsweetened, cheese, for example) - sugar in sufficient quantity, usually also eggs. To make the dough better, baking powder and soda are used, which should be quenched with lemon juice or vinegar.

You can bake a large cupcake with apples, and you can prefer a small, portioned. Then the dish will cook faster. There are various express recipes for the microwave.

Apples for baking is better to choose with dense pulp, such as Granny, Bogatyr or Semerenko. They will not wander too quickly. When preparing the muffins with apples, peel off the fruit should be cleaned, and the pulp grated or finely chopped, depending on the recipe.

Flour when cooking is necessary to sift. In wheat flour, you can add semolina, a little (up to one-fifth of the volume) of rye or oat flour, which will greatly enrich the cupcake with apples with valuable nutrients. Buckwheat flour is also very useful, but has a pronounced taste, which will be noticeable. If this does not bother you, replace a small part of buckwheat wheat flour.

The cake dough with apples is quite liquid, it is poured into molds. Pre-forms should be lightly greased and sprinkled with something: crackers, decoy. If the finished cupcake does not want to get out of the mold, turn it over and put a towel soaked in cold water on the bottom.

In the swollen semolina put the melted butter and start beating the mixture with a mixer. Beat the eggs one at a time, whipping incessantly, and then a little more flour mixed with baking powder. When the dough becomes smooth and fluffy, gently knead grated apples and cranberries.

Put the resulting dough into a suitable form, oiled with butter and sprinkled with semolina so as to fill it in two-thirds of the volume, and put in an oven that is preheated to 180 degrees. Bake cupcake for about 40 minutes, checking readiness with the help of a splinter.

Recipe 2. “Quick” cupcake with apples in the microwave

This apple muffin will be an excellent breakfast for children, as it is tasty, satisfying and cooks in literally 15 minutes. From the specified number of products you get four medium sized cakes. However, it depends on the volume of the molds. The main thing is that they are filled only to the middle, as in the process of making the dough it will greatly increase in volume.

Flour - 8 tablespoons

Vegetable oil - 100 ml and another tablespoon

Starch - 1 tablespoon
