Pear and apple pie is fragrant, tender and moist. The secret of the cake is incredibly simple - the more fruits, the tastier it is. Choose sweet pears, apples can be sour. Cut the fruit finely enough so that the dough fills the voids like a mosaic. As there are many fruits, baking time is quite long. To bake the middle of the cake, and the edges are not burnt, be sure to use the form with a notch in the middle - the dough and the fruit will bake then evenly. Heat the oven in advance, so that by the time when all the ingredients come together, it is heated to the desired temperature.
Lemon glaze should be applied only on cooled pastries, as it will become transparent on a hot cake. Pastry decorations pour on the icing so that they stick and do not fall off.

Ingredients for a pie with pears and apples
- 500 g pears;
- 200 g apples;
- 230 g of sugar;
- 35 g butter;
- 3 eggs;
- 175 ml of yogurt;
- 210 g of wheat flour;
- 5 g baking powder;
- 4 g of baking soda;
- salt to taste.
For the glaze
- 10 ml of lemon juice;
- 30 grams of powdered sugar;
- confectionery dressing.
A way to make a cake with pears and apples
From apples and pears remove core with seeds. Cut the fruit for the pie in small cubes with the peel. Immediately turn on the heated oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Making the dough for the cake. Pour sugar in a deep bowl. Add a quarter of a teaspoon of salt to balance the sweetness.
Crush fresh eggs. Rub the eggs with sugar to obtain a homogeneous light yellow mass.
Pour into a bowl with an egg mixture unsweetened yogurt at room temperature, mix the ingredients with a whisk until the grains of sugar completely dissolve.
Next, pour in a bowl of melted butter. You can replace butter with margarine or vegetable oil.
Pour soda and baking powder into flour, mix it. Gradually add flour to the liquid ingredients, knead the dough.
The finished dough for the pie with pears and apples will turn out to be sticky, rather thick. If it is liquid, add some flour.
Mix the sliced fruit with dough. At this stage it seems that there is so much fruit that the dough between the pieces is almost invisible.
Grease the form with a notch in the middle with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread the dough evenly with fruit.
Send the cake to the hot oven, cook for 45-50 minutes. Baking time depends on many factors - the characteristics of the oven, the size of the form, temperature. After about 40 minutes, you can push the baking sheet and lightly press on the pie with pears and apples - if elastic, then after 5 minutes you can get it out of the oven.
We take the cake out of the mold, cool on a wire rack.
For the glaze, rub in a bowl of icing sugar with lemon juice to obtain a silky light paste.
Pour cold icing on the pie with lemon icing, decorate with confectionary dressing.
