In the dough for flavor sometimes add orange or lemon zest, it diversifies apple charlotte. But if you do not like the combination of apple-orange, you can add cinnamon.

Ingredients for Apple Charlotte
- 600 g of sweet apples;
- 6 chicken eggs;
- 210 g of granulated sugar;
- 180 grams of wheat flour;
- 20 g orange powder;
- 8 g of baking powder;

- 40 g of olive oil;

- 15 ml of lemon juice;

Apple charcoal cooking method

Gently mix the ingredients with a spatula and turn on the heated oven to a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. We spread the dough into the form, distribute the form in an even layer.
We send the apple charlotte to the heated oven. Cooking 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of a wooden stick - if you stick the stick in the thickest place, it should go dry.
