Meat hedgehogs with rice - general principles of cooking

For the preparation of meat hedgehogs fit any meat: veal, pork, chicken. You can use several types. It is advisable when scrolling to add to the meat a little bit of fat, so hedgehogs get juicier.

Rice will suit any variety, as long as it is not steamed. Rice can be put in minced raw or semi-prepared, depending on your preferences and recipe.
