Ingredients:
Stuffing - 300-400 g;
Rice - 0.5 cup;
Carrots - 1 piece;
Onions - 0.5 large onions;
Tomato paste - 100 g;
Sour cream - 100 g;
Salt, pepper - to taste.
Recipe:
First, prepare the rice. It must be boiled until half ready. Regular rice should be poured with two parts of water, salt and boil and boil for 10-12 minutes. If you chose steamed rice, it will take 5-7 minutes to cook. Semi-finished rice is drained and slightly cooled.
