Stuffed peppers with minced meat in the oven - the most delicious recipe of all these! The aroma of this dish is impossible to resist. A rather large amount of vegetables can be cooked in the oven at the same time, if the dimensions of the pan or baking dish allow. Then a few days to eat delicious stuffed peppers - such food will never get bored.
Recipes for stuffed peppers are not considered to be vegetarian, stewed, with rice, with bulgur, in a word, each housewife has her own crown. In this recipe, I suggest cooking baked peppers with meat and vegetables, without rice.

We cut a rather finely large head of onions, throw in the heated vegetable oil. So that the oil does not burn, and the finished food does not acquire an unpleasant odor, we use refined oil, odorless (for frying).
Fry onions for a few minutes, mix.
We send grated carrot to onions. Simmer everything together for 7-8 minutes.

Season the meat with spices - ground sweet paprika and dried seasoning for minced meat (spice mix) or dried greens, for example, parsley, dill, celery.
Let the browned carrots and onions cool a little, separate half the vegetables. Add to stuffing, mix. At this stage, pepper and salt the filling.
Multicolored pods of sweet pepper cut along. We leave the stems, remove the seeds, then rinse the pepper with running water. You can stuff the peppers in a different way - cut the heads with tails and fill the “cups” with minced meat, but this method is not always suitable.
