The success of the dish depends on many factors:

1. Stuffing. Cook it from any meat: pork, turkey, beef or veal, chicken. Sometimes mixed several species. The main thing is that the meat was fresh, without streaks, with a small presence of fat. Mince is better to cook yourself. It is enough to wash and cut the meat into pieces and twist a couple of times in a meat grinder with the addition of onions, onions can be excluded.

• half a kilogram of any stuffing;

• carrots - 1 pc .;

• onions - 1 head;

• sweet pepper pod;

• rice - 4 tbsp. spoons;

• 1 egg;

• tomato puree and sour cream - 100 g;

• flour - 20 g;

• salt, seasoning - 30 g each;

• Dill greens - 5 stalks.


1. Shred the carrots on a grater with large teeth, chop the onion into small pieces, and pepper - into strips.

2. Add washed cereal, egg, part of chopped onion, seasoning, salt to the scrolled meat. All is well stirred and discarded on the table.

• flour - 1 handful;

1. Grind the cleaned carrots in a blender with onions and garlic.

2. Parsley and basil leaves finely chopped.

3. Put all the vegetables in milled meat, add rice cereal, egg, mix well, salt and pepper.

• minced meat from any meat - half a kilogram;

• salt, pepper fragrant powder, granulated sugar - 10 g;

• a small piece of white cabbage;

• rice cereal - 15 g;

• a pair of onions;

• 2 carrots;

• tomato paste dissolved in water - 700 ml;

• oil for frying - 30 ml;

• parsley - 0.5 bunch.


1. Cut the cabbage into small straws, salt and mash with hands until the juice is formed.

2. In the ready stuffing add rice cereal, cabbage, mix thoroughly.

3. Make balls, put them on a sheet, oiled and put in a hot oven, bake for 45 minutes. 4. While the hedgehogs are baked, you can make a gravy: put chopped onion and carrot into a hot frying pan with butter, fry for 5 minutes.
