In the original recipe use water, we took coconut milk. It turned out very interesting and tasty. Instead of milk, sweet pineapple or peach syrup, or juice from fruits and berries, closed in its own juice, will do.
Ingredients:
Flour - 1.5 tbsp .;
Coconut Milk - 120 ml;
Vegetable oil - 1/2 st .;
Soda - 1 tsp. without slides;
Jam - 100 g;
Sugar - 1/2 Art.
Recipe:
To start, mix the jam with sugar. It may seem strange that we add sugar to the jam cake, but there is not enough jam. Although, if you think that the jam is very sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
Add vegetable oil and soda. Vegetable oil take no smell, olive or sunflower - no difference.
Mix well. When you combine soda and jam, and active mixing, the mass will begin to turn white. This is normal, it should be.
Now add the sifted flour.
Knead the dough. It turns thick and beautiful color.
The baking dish grease vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
We bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can make portioned cupcakes from this test. They baked faster than 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the dough with a match - pierce the cake in the center. If the match enters dry, then the cake is baked. If there is no dough, increase the baking time of the cake by 5-10 minutes.
Because of the peculiarities of gas ovens, baking time can make a big difference, therefore, be guided by your oven.
