For cream:

  • 380 ml of milk or cream;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • vanilla extract;
  • 70 g of semolina;

  • 85 g of sugar;
  • 60 wheat flour per \ s;
  • 4 g baking powder;

First make the cream

In a milk or cream, throw a pinch of fine salt and pour sugar, put it on the stove, slowly heat, stir until sugar dissolves.

Continuing to stir the milk, pour the semolina in a thin stream, if you pour out all the semolina at once, it will turn into a lump. As soon as the porridge thickens, we make a very small light and cook for 5-6 minutes.

In advance we get butter out of the fridge, cut it into small pieces. Cool the semolina porridge to 30 degrees Celsius.

Add to the saucepan a few drops of vanilla extract and a couple of cubes of butter. We start beating the mass first at slow revolutions, then gradually increase the speed of the mixer and at the same time add (one at a time) pieces of butter.

Whip the cream for 5 minutes, put it in a pastry bag with a nozzle, put it in the fridge.

Beat eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt in a blender until the mixture grows about 3 times. The mass will be thick, the peaks should not fall from the rims.
