Salad is not always the end of a meal or an addition to it. Sometimes a salad can be a good snack or even dinner. For example, herring salad under a fur coat or Olivier is quite suitable for dinner. However, like other salads, where in the composition there are potatoes. In addition, the potato goes well with other products - meat, mushrooms, pickles. It is precisely to this that we suggest you try a simple but very tasty potato salad without meat.
Instead of meat, we will have fried mushrooms (you can take marinated). In the winter period, we suggest you take pickled or barrel cucumbers, but in summer, when you can buy fresh cucumbers at every corner, be sure to prepare such a salad with them.

Boiled potatoes - 3 pcs .;
Champignon mushrooms - 400 g;
Pickles - 4 pcs .;
Frozen green peas - 200 g;
Onions - 1 pc .;
Mustard beans - 2 tbsp. l .;
Mayonnaise - 60 g
Salad mushrooms cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Onion for salad is the best thing to marinate, so that it doesn’t spoil the salad with its specific taste. Make it easy. Cut the onion into cubes. Fill it with boiling water and add 1 tbsp. l vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sugar. After 10 minutes, drain the water. During this time, all the bitterness of the onions will go away, and the onions will remain crispy.
Boil frozen green pots for 10 minutes.
Then drain the water and leave the peas in a colander so that it stacks.
Boil potatoes or bake for salad. Clean and dice it.
Add fried potatoes to potatoes.
Cucumbers are also cut into cubes. Add cucumbers and peas to the salad bowl.
