Steak can be cooked from any meat or even fish. But gourmets prefer beef steaks. It is believed that from this meat they are the most delicious.

  • For steaks, it's best to take a tenderloin. It has no fat and little connective tissue, due to which the meat is tough.

Beef steak with herbs in the oven

Ingredients:

  • beef fillet - 500 g;
  • spicy herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil) - to taste;
  • salt;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • ground pepper - to taste.

Preparation Method

  • Wash the meat, pat dry with paper napkins. Cut across the fibers into 4-5 slices.
  • In a well-heated pan, greased with a thin layer of oil, put the steaks. On large fire, fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a cup, mix the oil, salt, and herbs. Grease the top of the steak with this mixture. Turn it over to the other side. Grease the marinade again.
  • Put the steaks on the foil, seal with an envelope. Put in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 °.
  • Turn off the stove. Let the meat lie in the foil for another 10 minutes, then serve.

Note: if you like well-done meat, steaks need not be wrapped in foil. Put them in the oven in the same pan in which they were fried. Bring to readiness at 180 °. Remove the pan from the oven, cover it with foil or a lid. Leave for 10 minutes.

Beef steak in white wine in the oven

Ingredients:

  • beef fillet - 500 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • dry white wine - 80 ml;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • ginger - to taste;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Preparation Method

  • Cut the prepared meat into 2 cm thick slices.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped onion, crushed garlic, honey, wine, ginger, soy sauce.
  • Place the meat in the marinade and soak for 1-2 hours.
  • Blot the steaks from excess moisture with paper towels. Lubricate with oil.
  • Heat the oven to 180 °. Place the meat on the grill. Bake in grill mode for 7 minutes on each side.
  • Put it on a pre-heated plate, cover with foil and let it stand for a few more minutes. During this time, steaks will reach readiness.

Beef steaks in spicy herb marinade and soy sauce in the oven

Ingredients:

  • beef fillet - 500 g;
  • fragrant herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary, coriander or others) - to taste;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Preparation Method

  • Cut the meat across the fibers into 2, 5-3 cm thick pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix butter, dried herbs, and soy sauce.
  • Pour the meat over the sauce and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  • Remove from marinade and dry with paper napkins.
  • Spray the pan with oil, heat well. Fry the steaks on high heat on both sides until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a baking tray covered with foil. Place in preheated 180 ° oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. The time depends on the chosen degree of roasting.
  • Leave the steaks in the oven off for another 5-10 minutes.

Beef steak with lemon in the oven

Ingredients:

  • beef fillet - 500 g;
  • salt;
  • black pepper to taste;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Preparation Method

  • Wash the meat. Blot with paper towels. Cut into slices 2 cm wide.
  • Mix the butter, pepper and lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon.
  • Place pieces of meat in the marinade and soak for 1 hour.
  • Fry steaks in a hot, hot frying pan - 2 minutes on each side. In order for a ruddy crust to form, the fire must be as large as possible.
  • Put the steaks on a baking tray. For each slice of meat, place a thin circle of lemon. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °.
  • Allow steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes, covering them with foil.

  • The time of roasting steaks in the oven you can determine for yourself, given the chosen degree of roasting meat.
  • Marinade you can choose absolutely any. From this will depend on the taste of the finished dish. If you doubt the softness of the purchased meat, use the marinade, which add any acid. This may be vinegar, lemon juice, citric acid, apple cider vinegar, sour cream, wine.
  • Ready mustard also softens meat well. Grease the fillet with it and hold for a few minutes. Remove the remaining mustard with paper towels. Next, cook the steak for the selected recipe.
